The Literacy & Learning Center once again joined in the festive spirit of the annual Town of Highlands Halloween festival. Thanks to a generous sponsorship from Mountaintop Rotary, TL&LC was able to distribute approximately 800 books to trick-or-treaters visiting our booth.
It was a delight to see the excitement and surprise of kids and adults alike when they realized their treat from TL&LC was a free book! We're proud to be able to give treats that will keep giving over time. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this community tradition and to promote literacy in a fun and engaging way.
